At CROWN&CO.PK, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange under the conditions below.
Return window

Returns or exchanges must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition, including original packaging, tags, manuals, and accessories.

For hygiene and quality assurance, watches showing signs of wear, resizing, scratches, damage, or modification are not eligible for return.
Non-returnable items

Customized or engraved watches.

Gift cards or store credit.

Products damaged due to misuse, accidents, water exposure beyond the product rating, or unauthorized repairs.
Exchanges
If you received the wrong item, a defective item, or a product damaged in transit, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with order details and clear photos/video. We will arrange a replacement or exchange after review.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method or issued as store credit, depending on the payment method used. Refund processing times may vary by bank or payment provider.
Return shipping

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
